War in Iraq
Curveball Confirms Accusations He Lied About Iraq WMD
”Curveball,” the mysterious source of information used by the Bush administration to propose starting the Iraq war, said he was lying. Iraqi defector Rafid Ahmed Alwan al-Janabi, who was given the handle Curveball, passed along bogus information about clandestine bioweapons in Iraq. Curveball now says he lied about WMD so that Bush would invade Iraq and get rid of Hussein. This is a story a pay day loan couldn't have bought to make up. Post resource - CIA informer Curveball admits he lied to help Bush start Iraq war by MoneyBlogNewz.
Lie from Curveball something Bush and Powell continue
Claims by Curveball that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction have long been discredited. It has been something Curveball would always say is truth. He would say he never lied. On February 16, he said he lied though. He told this to the Guardian. Al-Janabi told German intelligence agents that bioweapons labs were being hidden in Iraq after escaping from Saddam Hussein’s Iraq and going to Germany. U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powel spoke to the United Nations while Bush gave a State of the Union address in 2003 to confirm the truth in Curveball’s claims. In March 2003, the United States invaded Iraq. Bush confesses that there were not weapons of mass destruction in Iraq eventually though.
Story from Curveball worries CIA
When al-Janabi got there, it was hard to believe him. German intelligence wasn’t so sure about what was going on. The false testimony on Iraqi bioweapons that al-Janabi gave was about the asylum application. This is what previous head of the CIA in Europe Tyler Drumheller believes. Drumheller never believed his inconsistent story and warned CIA Chief George Tenet that Curveball was unreliable. Drumheller spoke to the Guardian after al-Janabi’s confession saying that Curveball was "one of the world's greatest strategic planners,” if he lied to oust Saddam Hussein. Drumheller also said members of the Bush administration used Curveball's tale to justify the war to the public because it was the only evidence they had, although there is the truth.
Truth does not help Curveball
If it meant getting the Bush administration to war, Curveball said he is glad to have done it. Over 100,000 civilians in Iraq and 4,500 U.S. military people have perished in it. However in his adopted home of Germany, a German politician said al-Janabi violated a warmongering law that makes actions that lead to war a criminal offense. German intelligence paid al-Janabi for five years after it was known that he had lied; $4,000 a month. Germans want to know why that is. Politicians in Iraq have said that he should be exiled permanently rather than returning.

Frequently Asked Questions...
Where do people get their info on the Iraq war?
I have seen many statements on the Iraq war here, but very few seem to be on target. Where do people get their info? The more wacky the statements, the more I think theirs a push out there to skew the info on purpose, but why? Nothing good can come from a loss in Iraq except for the terrorists.
So if nothing good comes from War, Which I tend to agree with, what do we do when the terrorists threaten to kill you, your family and everything you love? Just say "Mr. terrorist, Kill me and my family because I don't wish to have a war with you, just make it a quick death".
Answer:
Have you ever spoken with someone who's mind you could change about the war?? They already have a pre-conceived diea about the war, primarly based on emotion, rarely on facts. Their info comes from their feelings and their backgrounds, and their understanding of the world around them.
I admit, I don't know the real story about the threat to Americans from terrorists (who does??) but I'm glad that someone is trying to reduce the risk to me and my family.
